How incredibly sad that a resource for collectibles like FAC could not only put their business in the graveyard, but cover their casket with an update showing disdain for those who not only helped them grow into what they were before they crashed but that they owe product to. But hey, don't ask us for specific updates to the items we took your money for and never delivered. Plain and simple this is the ultimate outrage and only serves to show us, their customers, they don't deserve our business. Just awful, man. And honestly... utterly insulting.

I did wade through the vast majority of 2025 update emails on my orders today, I felt nothing, even though the the undread (sp!) count went down one by one.

It’s awful I have 6 orders in and feel like it’s just gone. I’m actually surprised the website is still live at this point. They should be ashamed of themselves but they obviously just don’t care.

I got my refund through first time in asking luckily they owe me nothing thank god.
If I was owed a fair few hundred pounds like some I would make it a personal trip to Prague to find out where they are and pay them a nice little visit.

I've gotten a refund for my direct orders about 2 years ago, but still have "open" Group Buy copies from HDN open ad due. Anybody want to do something about this or is it too late (or not late enough ) anyway? @Wreck @carllenc
