i own every f#cking manta lab release, but bought 95% via gbs. will contact manta lab, so pissed right now
The fact that they chose this title of anything they could have put an extra for customers who purchased almost every edition of the last ? Amount of titles.
Never saw anyone say how many.

If another Steelbook, some sorry looking extras, and it literally says Box 503? I haven’t seen this is that supposed to mean something and even if it does are they advertising a cardboard box with 3 numbers on it as part of the package? And what a sorry package it is I wouldn’t pay anything for that I’d rather have a FS for much less.

I’m shocked Mickey 17 Sold Out so obviously anything Manta puts out will sell eventually.

It won’t be a problem to get any edition of this direct. If you’re getting an OC or slip already I have no idea why you would even want the special box?
Imagine a cool movie with a special box like Inception, Interstellar, Dune, and so on, why choose this? I may get an OC or the FS but only direct.

The 503 box is the one that "the substance" comes in in the movie for the main character, KimchiDVD did the same thing as well inside their OC if I remember correctly.

Even still am I missing something else cause it looks to me like a cash grab more than a loyalty bonus. Seems Weak!

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Don't worry mate, life will go on. And be aware of this; When FA started their ''loyalty based'' releases, it was the start of the end of their business. That's what you get when feckin' customers who've been loyal / completist.
At least these will not be send to friggin' influencers....

I bought all my FAC titles from @carllenc Group Buys and I got my loyalty steelbooks. At some point I realized that being a completist was going to be way to expensive and I’ll end up with not only films I don’t want but more than 1 or 2 editions. FAC started going downhill when they started doing multiple editions of the same film as if they could put out 1 clicks constantly.

They would do 2 editions sometimes early on in a hardbox but once they started doing 3 or 4 editions felt like to much. Most collectors can’t afford the Maniac boxes on top of all the other releases. Then they started to take forever to deliver certain titles. It really started to matter that you had a collectible number below 500 to be able to get the titles you wanted and that’s when things really went downhill.

Never would have gotten the first 5 releases without @carllenc as well as anything else because I never thought to get a collectible number because I had @carllenc. I owe him huge for getting all the best releases like Elektra and every single release the first couple years.

It was shortly after they did all the X-Men Films that I stopped being a completist. That’s just a guess I had every release up to around then.
That X-Men run is still the best editions of those films.
