Well that’s what was confusing me because it still says authorised but it’s the only thing I’ve got ordered for that price from them. It’s till pending in my bank so maybe it’s a glitch. If no one else is saying they’ve not been charged then it’s clearly an issue or glitch for me
On the note of Terminator. When did you order yours? If it goes live again I would order one. Zavvi don't authorise cards on pre order but hmv do. Which is why people's orders are being cancelled as it exceeded the authorisation time.

Pretty sure this went out of stock super fast, so I assume we all ordered in a pretty small window. So I expect almost everyone will get cancelled.

I’ve had stuff pre ordered for months much longer than I’ve had this ordered for and the orders have still gone through so I don’t think it’s that. Besides I’d get a cancellation not an early charge

No I get that. Was just warning you to be careful cos at least 2 of us on here got cancelled due to authorisation expiring. If it goes live again I'd order one just to be safe.

Ffs I know what it is now. Something I got the price wrong for when I was making a note of the order

Write every order, price, email address, password, title and date down in a notebook.
That's the only way I can keep track of the damn multiple on going preorders.

All goes on notes on my phone. Easiest and best way for me to do it. But that was my fault putting the wrong amount down for the item that I thought this was

I think the authorisation for klarna expires. Don't think card ones do. I had stuff ordered from hmv for 4 months or more and not had issues with.

Someone else on here said card not klarna. But maybe the meant card. Mine was klarna though. Either way I have a new one ordered.

Mine was a debit card direct payment pre authorisation. i checked with my bank and they confirmed with HMV that their policy isn't an unending length of time. It cuts off after 4-5 months if no charge had been brought. Their agreement is tailored to each bank apparently. HMV that is.

I complained to the bank and explained to the bods that long term pre orders exists these days, especially in high end or limited products.
They said they'd look into it.
It honked of brown BS. :woot:

Guess, I'll never hear back from them. They probably deleted my phone call and went back to a boozy lunch.

All's well that ends well. Re ordered at the same price.

So looks like no chance of this one having a SlipCover like T2 huh?
The steel? No. I don't think any T2 steel in the UK had a slip either. If you're talking about that god awful disco terminator slip from the US, that was a lionsgate release. This is WB.

At least it's glossy, but I just knew that cream background would end up silver :notworthy:
Honestly I'm more concerned /curious about the 4k transfer atm although I still fall on the side that True Lies and Aliens are no where near as bad as people made out. The one video literally had to zoom in 500% on Vasques hair while paused to highlight how her ******* hair did something odd.

While I do wish Cameron would stop ******* with the film grain and using AI to scrub the noise, they still look the best they ever have.

This really was fine on the biggest of big screens.

Cant imagine it’ll look too bad on TVs.

Loving the inside of the steel.

I saw it theatrically. It's a lot better/less ****** with than you think. It's somewhere in-between aliens and the abyss, to give you an idea. Nothing like the waxy T2, or semi-waxy true lies.
