It was definitely a surprise when I received 5 of them with all the same number (200). I do not expect Karel to keep sending me #200 of every edition. That would be sweet but pretty unrealistic. I caved and signed up for Exodus...hopefully it isn't too late, but if it is then my fault. An hour after I made the post I got a call for a job interview Wednesday. Super excited.. job = all FA editions are mine... !!
I completely agree, after a few back and forth private messages with Carl I understand completely that he is at the mercy of Film Arena as far as what numbers he gets. So I do not expect, in fact I expect to not get my number #326 proabably 1/3-1/2 of the time, something like that. The fact that I am able get to all these releases now knowing what shipping costs are by buying direct I am happy no matter what and now understand how hard Carl works to get these.
I'm only missing ASSB and Get on Up. Really don't feel like spending $100 on ASSB, certain releases I probably would have I just am not a horror fan especially the newer Saw & Hostel type stuff which that looks like. Now some Friday the 13th, Freddy, Stephen King old school that's a different story.

Same here...the package is just top notch and I guess I will have to give the film another go!
But yes we are very lucky for Karel's hard work and that you stated you now understand the difficulty about the matching numbers, although he does try, it is nice to hear that another Ninja is there to support him on that asapect. like you said he is at the mercy of Film Arena but they seem to be good to him...after all he is always able to secure copies sometimes beyond what he thinks he can only get (for example Elektra)... I am not a Fan Horror movie when it comes to gruesome like Hostel and saw I can NOT watch those, but I like horror movies like The Conjuring and Insidious the supernatural kind, those I enjoy... the others it is just stuff we don't need to see IMO. But even though I though AASB was ok (mainly because I dislike hand held camera movies like the characters are filming on their own camera or iphone and everything moves too much, I like steady camera work, it is the reason I didn't go Crazy for the movie) but I did enjoy AASB love the male actor and female archeologist...was a nice story, and enjoyed the ending it was surprising to me...After Owning a copy of AASB, I actually love the movie more now, such a nice package film arena did with it. I believe the first film arena collection numbered releases (AASB, DU, EQ and TMR) are the best, they are more simple but being the first ones and so exquisitely done => they paved the way for the newer versions more elaborate packages that we now see film arena releasing.

doubt I would rewatch it.last thing we should do is discuss the price of a GB release, Karel gets them at the best price he can give them to us, if you order through film arena they will be even more expensive. Packages are becoming more and more elaborate from film arena, so I would only expect prices will be on the higher end because they are now including much more bonus artworks items.
I was referring to the film arena cost. I thought electra would be the same as Commando, Elecktra is 599 CZK same as the early releases despite having the extra items (lenti, cards etc).

Does anyone know yet what you get with this? I've got the Zavvi one on order, but may go for this instead, if a better package?
Going by recent releases it will have a lenticular magnet, art cards, numbering card and maybe some character cards aswell as a full slip case.

Thanks. I think I'll wait to see what that lot looks like before committing to the group buy just yet.
It will have the basic as the other releases like the FullSlip, Photo Card, Bonus Art Cards, numbering card and Sticker, but the magnet Lenticular is something they started doing in few of their last releases but should not be told that it will be included as it is not confirmed by FA. we can assume, but unless it is confirmed, we should manage people's expectations.
