Cannot wait till mine arrives. This is a super package. I strongly suspect many of those who were dissing this release will be quietly kicking themselves now.
is kind of funny but the package its phenomenal, but i can not say the same as the actual steelbook....i prefer my PLAY version, i just wish i could have all the goodies this one has!

Highly dissapointed with the steelbook. The packaging and extra goodies itself is absolutely first class. But that matte finish steelbook is just a big joke. In comparison to Plays and the French one with arnie holding twin guns up.
I don't often bother to post these days. But......
I find it quite boring that the criticism is about a well known steelbook. It's the same steelbook as Zavvi etc!!!!
What did you expect?

I wasn't expecting it to be EXACTLY the same to be honest.
Thanks for the video, D4vem88. Couldn't hear a word you said even with the volume at max but I still got a kick out of looking at the contents of that magnificent steelbook. Looks even better than I envisioned it 
I realize some people are disappointed that FA used WWA for the steelbook. So what? The slipbox and other goodies add value and style to the overall package. I would rather have this version, with all the peripherals, than a boring standalone steelbook. If you're a label that's going to do what everyone else is doing, you may as well come up with something cool to entice those of us who want something more. That slip is phenomenal, sleek and very cool. I'm not a big fan of art cards but I love these, especially the reproduction of the iconic Sarah Connor "headband" photo. Can't wait to get my copy!

Really? Unless it's stated it's a WEA, like John Wick for example, every time so far the print runs for the Steelbooks have been a shared run. It was always going to be the same as the Zavvi/German/and whatever other country got the same steelbook

1.zavvi Desperado being gloss and embossed
2. German Kickass 2 being debossed.
3. Czech release of Hunger games Mockingjay part 1 being spot glossed
4. French version of Gravity being full gloss finish.
These are just from memory. I am sure that there are other.
Edit. 5. HMV DOTPOTA having debossing and spot gloss compared to Asian release.

Received my copy today, along with Hunger Games 3 and Commando. Only took a week - thanks Karel!!
