"This product will be in stock on Friday 12 October, 2012.
If your order includes other in-stock items, all of them will be shipped together after its release."

My 8/23 pre-order hasn't been cancelled or refunded, yet.

The site is stating that the sale is suspended and the release date pushed back to October 12th. No reasons posted but at least it is not cancelled.

The Hong Kong release I ordered is listed as being available a day earlier, on October 11, 2012. We'll see what's happening with these soon.

It's possible, but I've never known a title from JSDVD to become available again once it goes OOS.

Just received email from JSDVD stating Terminator is suspended and if I would like to replace it for something else... Damn! Looking forward to this one.

I ordered ages ago aswel and they took my money straightaway that's how their payment works however I only received email today stating the cancellation

They offered refund or replace with another item..
Just emailed them to replace with another item otherwise you lose out on bank conversion fees.
