"In late 2024, Dark Sky Films will release a multi-disc set, which will include the new 4K UHD edition of the film, a Blu-ray bonus disc containing new extra features, and an exclusive VHS release of the movie. The special edition collector’s set will be housed in a custom created box shaped as a chainsaw that will feature iconic sounds from the film when it is opened."
There is also a skateboard company doing 50th anniversary. No disc included though.. MADRID x THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE
I’m getting this… for like the 10th time. As long as they’ll release this in new packaging, etc. I’ll keep buying this same ol film.

Dark Sky Selects proudly presents The Texas Chain Saw Massacre 50th Anniversary Chainsaw Edition. This set includes the 4K UHD edition of the feature film, Blu-ray edition of the feature film, Blu-ray bonus disc, and an exclusive VHS release featuring original VHS release artwork.
All are housed in a replica of the iconic chain saw from the film, which comes in a special 50th Anniversary numbered box. Opening the chainsaw triggers the sound of Leatherface wielding the chainsaw in the film.
This limited edition also features a newly designed 50th Anniversary O-card and brand-new bonus content, including The Merchandise of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and The Restoration of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

at that price level and only via their page that doesnt ship to EUROPE I honestly doubt
I would not pay $300 for this box set. That chainsaw is like a plastic toy that you would buy at Toys "R" Us for $50. You can buy a 3-disc 4K amaray with o-ring slip on Black Friday for $15 - and maybe $20 for the VHS replica? And another $15 for the box? $100 would be a more reasonable price for this box set. There simply aren't enough goodies. There's no booklet, no cards, no poster, no mask, no apron, etc.
Cheap, ugly plastic crap that geeky 'collectors' buying every horrible looking 'bust' like to get.
Right, only more like $10 (in 90's prices).
Everyone in the YT comments thinks it's a ripoff. Who would've thunk?
