I am not instigating any negative nor malicious acts of sharing.

Just for everyone's info - The Town Steelbook's availability is still "High" only if you are in Canada (especially within the province of Quebec).

I have been into three Futureshop stores within Montreal and each got like atleast 10 available.

Interestingly enough Futureshop remove its list from the site.

From the image below, this was taken this week. There were about 18 available together with other Steelbooks and Disney Metal Cases.

Just saying - for those who thought its "Rare" all I can say - Yes if its outside Canada - No ... If you visited Canada

I think its more of a matter of "Being Pulled from E-commerce Listing" by Futureshop

May I suggest one consideration - Most probably the reason of high cost on the auction market/internet is because in Canada their Sales tax is like HUGE!...

As you can see in the listing below of The Town its cost about $39.99 and add the whopping Canadian tax.. it would probably be around $46.00
