It's going to take them longer to sell out due to the fact that it never went up for preorder. Now Zavvi will have to wait until enough folks see the page before it actually sells out. I think it was a bad move for them to do that but I guess they have their own agenda.

Yes, if it's like the DVD steelbook with no embossing or gloss then you will be spot on but I personally can't find any information on the finish of this newly released Blu-ray steelbook anywhere.

However, I'm hoping by the way the image is in a frame that there will be embossing on the warriors or if not on them then on the title at least . . . although I suspect that's wishful thinking . . .

All of the paramount slipcase steelbooks so far the steelbooks have been embossed and spot gloss

The Universal ones have been matte finish and no embossing so it looks like only the paramount range get the embossing

this year i managed to stick to certain rules i learned from the past years: NEVER order from zavvi without a discount code. i placed an order this afternoon for a couple of boxsets at zavvi.nl with a 10% code i found, could have saved me €1.29,- shipping, but i am glad it isn't more than that.

Agree. It is a system I count on! I need to sit on my pre orders and wait and see what happens with other vendors!

These slipcovers are actually a negative. They don't add anything at all. Wish they would stop and just use a J-card instead. Worst quality slips i've ever seen.
