I managed to get the last two at my store. They had a 3rd but it was damaged and had a HUGE mark across the front....

No, only region A B C refers to BD. I am not sure if this is region free, chances are it is, but I am not sure.

It is Region locked . Just tested.

I was amazed at how nice the finish is on this steel. I know the art is completely plain, but the feel of it is great. Absolutely no dings or scratches despite Target's typical lack of care for this type of thing.

yeah, this steel looks far better in person. It's a pretty steel IMO, however TARGET needs to really step up and do a better job for the exclusive steels.

at the counter, ask to inspect your copy(-ies) after they take them out of the alpha case(s).

I do the same thing back in electronics. The workers understand I'm a collector and I always thank them for helping me out. As an added bonus I can then pay for it back there and avoid the long lines up at the front of the store.
