Yeah, with Amazon removing VAT and the fact you can just layer more items into open orders to reduce per-item shipping by e-mailing them, there's no reason to order from Zavvi on wide releases for international orders.

I think it's the packaging (they really been excellent with it the last few months)

Less chance of damage/spine slash and the customer service is second to none.

They send you out a replacement, or offer a partial refund, almost straightaway.

I paid £19.98 for my Zavvi pre-order! Appreciate it is way more than that now though... Don't think I've ever ordered a steelbook from Amazon so can't comment on packaging etc!

This may not apply to you, but if you are a foreign (i.e. outside the European countries) customer you are exempt from the VAT of 20%, which makes the Amazon price £17.50.

prob because Amazon offer the best customer service around and their packaging is pretty gd, send replacements out asap and don't mess people around, even if they are a couple of quid more expensive, I would rather pay it

Limited vs Amaray, and eventually goes out of print. Amarays for the most part, especially mainstream titles keep getting reprinted in the 1000's.
