In my experience you can cancel if there's a payment problem with the card. Then you would have to transfer the money to another account asap and cancel. Be sure to get the 'item cancelled' email before putting the money back in your account. A hassle, I know, but it might be worth testing.

I think someone has some explaining to do regarding these so called ultra limited steelbooks and then seeing them pop up on other zavvi sites.

Anyone its too late for me as I have been cancelling stuff today from zavvi. Trust is lost.

Basically Zavvi are being praised for doing what they should do, Amazon and Play allow you to amend card details. It took them long enough!

My card declined, i was quite worried i was gona lose my order as i put a wrong digit in for my sec code! luckily zavvi gave me a bit of time to correct it and dispatched it!

They never did that with me. Just cancelled my order (which I made back in December) because apparently there was a problem with the Paypal payment (which still says 'pending' on my PP account - no evidence that there was any kind of problem, and I've never had one with PP before). Luckily I got one when they went back up, but their customer service is a joke.

Hey guys, fyi-we've inquired for you, regarding some of the questions you all have. It has been shared that the qty for Zavvi's recent limited (Disney, Aviator, etc) have not changed. Any inquiries and orders for their Steelbooks are still being routed through their main site. The international sites have been in existence for some time, and are being promoted to aid in the overall shopping experience of customers from those areas. Some of the titles appeared on some of their other sites due to a technical issue, but no print runs have been increased.

Pretty sure it's the same discs. The transfer is indeed impeccable - the blacks are perfect. I love every minute of this film...one of the top 3 films of 2007 no doubt about it.
