Yeah I’d take that over this. But I’ll still probably go for this

personally this time I might go for a hulk or Valkyrie centred slip if they do one

or one of these. Especially the dan Mumford art. But judging by other slip arts for the other marvels they won’t use artists work (that wasn’t a concept piece)

I’d also be happy with the concept art on a slip. they have done that before with the back of the black panther single lenti so it could happen again and it’s official pre production concept art just like that one. Maybe it will be on the back of a slip

I honestly would have preferred for WeET to release something for the first 2 Avengers since no one has bothered to release a complete and matching set for the 4 Avengers movies. Novamedia only did a 1-Click for the first 2 and WeET only did a 1-Click for the last 2. Is it a licensing problem?

Yes I think it is a licensing issue for Phase 1 and 2 films hence most of WeET releases have been Phase 3.

Really hoping for Ant-Man & Wasp WEA however .... perhaps WeET might release Doctor Strange at some point??

I feel like I've been waiting to see preorder info about the Spidey Boxset for months. How long since the BS pics were released by WEET? I would be shocked to see an official preorder date for Thor in less than 4 months.
I don't take any initial preorder estimates seriously anymore from just about any of the premium steelbook retailers. Can't blame everything on the Virus, this was happening before that although it didn't help.

2 of the best arts that haven’t been used. And 2 of the best around in general. I’d say they are pretty f**king good cos I’ve got pretty f**king good taste

The dan Mumford is actually my favourite piece of his (and I’ll soon have the print which I’ve been after for a few years)

but hey, let’s hope for the same recycled art that’s already been used by blufans and both zavvi WEA steels. I’d much prefer arts that haven’t been used which don’t leave much for 4 slips and a one click box.

Aaaaand I’ve just remembered that blufans used that illustrated concept art (Thor vs hulk) on the back of their single lenti! Ffs

I did think that it wouldn't surprise me if WeET did Doctor Strange next but then I remembered they already have in a way as they were responsible for the slips for the Kimchi WWA release (this was back before WeET branched off to go solo)

I then thought that if Ragnarok ends up having an August release (because let's face it the chances of it being released next month are a little optimistic) and typically there's 3-4 months between WeET releases (with the exception being this and the Raimi Spiderman trilogy) then it might be the next MCU WEA release from WeET may end up being Black Widow (the films finally released early next month) and then there's a steady flow of new MCU releases after that - Shang-Chi, The Eternals, Spiderman: No Way Home (though this will likely be a dressed up WWA release), Doctor Strange 2 and so on, more than enough to keep WeET busy and delay them from going into the back catalogue again

Time will tell....
