Could it be a region issue? I know 4k disks are generally (if not always) region free, but most 2k disks are locked.

Both discs are region free (assuming the print on the disc is right)

Quick question: Is anybody else experiencing difficulties playing the discs? Like not playing at all? On my Blu-Ray Player both discs refuse to load (3D+2D steelbook), while all other Blu-Rays, DVDs, CDs play just fine. The latest available firmware for the device is installed. The discs look absolutely flawless. Bummer.

Tried it for you, both working fine on my PS4. Menus and starting the film works fine with both discs
