I stop by Best Buy today to do a return and asked my connection to check the system for any available. He said nobody shows any but wait his store shows they should have 3.

Ask if he got one and said no he didn't; so I asked if I can have two and he should take the last one. He agreed. So off he goes to check the back because there were none on the shelves. He later comes back and they are nowhere to be found. He said they are probably online orders. I was getting excited like a child that was told he could have anything in the candy store.

He said they will not be getting anymore in. There are none in transit for delivery. I will be going back on Monday to see if the online orders got picked up. :movie:

Just paid for mine from Andy's Groupbuy, can't wait for my copy to arrive in the post now Never thought he (and another as yet inknown HDN member) would be able to get a copy for me? They are both a real asset to the Ninja community.

This will be my first US steel although I do have the BestBuy Toy Story Ironpack. Did any UK members that have received their copy get charged customs with this? And how long did it take to arrive?

The first wave of packages were only sent out a few days ago so we haven't got them yet, USPS delivery is about 10 to 14 working days but can be quicker.

I thought that if it was up to £20.00 converted, then no tax was payable. US$30 @ approx 1.56 is under £20.00, so fingers crossed!

For the imports into the UK it is the cost of the actual item that is £15 & under that are VAT free.

If it's over £15 then you pay VAT on the total of the cost of the item plus the P&P, you also might have to pay the Royal Mail ransom (handling) fee.

However I know my last package from Andy was over the limit but didn't get caught.

so got stung for £9.50 this was from amazon!
would have been better if had ordered and delivered in 2 seperates for 3 steels would have all been under and still cheaper paying extra lot of postage.
so word to the wise make sure check all your sums first people.

Thor 2 BB.....

Im from California...been collecting Steelbooks hardcore for over a year & a half, got 150+ ....So far, no other US release has come close to the THOR 2 BB steelbook. Finally we get a great, worthy Release! Unless Blufans pulls a rabbit out of a hat, it's THOR 2 Best Buy for the WIN! As far as the actual steel goes, not slip. I know this great of a release is far and few between for US collectors, so savor this one.
