IMO

Remove Tom from the front and put him as the back art, this would have been much much more awesome, or replace him in the front with a fighter jet or in the fighter jet trumps up,etc.. all but not that actual one.

I'm pretty sure Tom had this "deal" where his face needs to be on the front of any release. Dunno if it is still true...
Only one I could think of right now where that didn't happen was War of the Worlds UK steelbook.
