I think you will find this will be the same remaster that is already on that German steel just like the Dutch uncut edition hub. They already did a remaster of those releases ie mpeg4 avc instead of VC-1.

The german uncut version has not been remastered by now. The remastered version will be released the next few months. The coming uk version should also be remastered then, otherwise a new release would be for the litter...

Looking at the announcement for the US edition, that has been confirmed to have a new director approved transfer. Surely this will be different to all of the current releases?

I love the new artwork, it gives it a new fresh look compared to previous releases.

I Actually loved the artwork on the already released Steel but this one is not bad either, at least its a fresh cover.

Def looking forward to seeing the final art. If this has different art than the original wave of this Steel, plus the remastered disc, I'll get it for sure. One of my favorite flicks.
