And now I've seen the new date. Shoot funds are draining quick.

they probably anticipated wave after wave of cancellations so brought the release date forward unannounced to catch us all off guard.

Release dates were changed from what I remember it was about 2 weeks after they originally went live
They changed 10/02/2014 to 20/01/2014

The release date changes were put up on this forum and also Upcoming releases forum and Zavvi website had the release date as 20/01/2014
It always a good idea to check this site and Zavvi on a weekly basis
Zavvi only send out email if the release date is changed to a later date than planned
There was a problem this week for a few days were no release date was showing for All Pre Orders Releases but was fixed yesterday

Toy Story 1
was itself supposed to be last Monday 13th and moved to the 20th

Toy Story 2 and 3 have had a release date of 20/01/2014 for a good while now

I update all my pre orders in excel with release date and price to help keep track on pre orders as most of the time i have 20 plus steelbooks on pre order, also use blu-ray.com collection manager aslso helps, there are ways of managing and knowing what you have on pre order, in hapoy this is out this month as there is enough steelbooks out next month!

This is ridiculous. I don't get the fuss around dates. People who preordered are equally responsible to keep up with the dates. On their part Zavvi did changed the dates on website which is good enough.

I am no fan of Zavvi but enough people, you are not dealing with Amazon so set your expectations accordingly. I am sure even if Zavvi starts sending emails there will be bunch of people complaining they don't check their emails.

im sure there will be a few certain members saying i defend zavvi too much or i spend too much time on here. whatever. anyway they had a box manufacturer issue and acording to digitalbabe they should/already have it sorted for the new pixar/ disney releases

This has just arrived - Title, Buzz's head and Woddy's eyes are embossed, but there is a massive blank card - same as Planes - which is a shame
