I think its too early for another movie they usually wait years for toy story sequels

I'd rather they didn't. The Toy Story films are great, and one of the few trilogies where each film is better than the last. They have good writers but I'm not sure they could keep the standard that high for a 4th film. 3 had a good ending, would be fine to leave it there.
