Trying to avoid OOS anxiety. I don't collect terrible movies, but this steelbook looks to be too nice to pass up. Also ordered DotM to complete my UK 3-pack. I heard #1 was halfway decent.

I limit the steels I buy and it was either this or ES star trek... this came nowhere near close to staying with star trek on the line so I cancelled

It may drop slightly although there could be differences in finish/quality between the two. That and the collectibility of the original may help the FS one hold its value.

Buy the one from ZVI and keep yourself dreaming that you have the FS one ...collecting SB is not only about up or down prices....this is not an stock market. Got my FS full set sealed for less than $50. shipping included. And I'm not gonna sell it.

As soon as I heard this was going to be embossed like the first steelbook I went ahead and pre-ordered it straight away. I see they still haven't updated the description and added this information though which seems a bit odd?

Canceled for now. Too many disappointing finishes on steels coming out these days to preorder.

Yeah I wonder what the finish will be like. Just says Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook on their website no mention of the supposed Embossing either yet. Love that artwork though deserves to be done right.

Cancelled too, doubt this will sell out and even if it does, it's been on sale long enough to not be expensive on ebay. I can't buy any more steelbook's of such bad quality. I'll buy after november if it looks good.

Exactly. I have cancelled many of my pre-orders, but I will keep the Paramount ones I have. Their Steelbooks are always quality. They seem to be the only ones who know what a good matte finish is

I agree, they always produce great steels, even some of there poorer steels (not many) are better than the high end steels from other distributors...
And they really know how to make matte feel good

And i'm the same, i have cancelled lots of my pre-orders, but i wont touch any or my paramount orders
