Will there be an outer slipbox to house steelbook and posters etc ?

They usually had just the booklet, and it was inside the steel, so I'm interested too where they'll stick that useless poster...

Probably the same as they do with their Amaray O-Ring editions: inside, on the left side behind the clips.

I already had the (almost identical) FYE Blu-ray steelbook- and just disc swapped the Arrow 4K

Will update though... as that non-centered title on the spine drove me crazy since getting it all those years ago.
