You can find this steelbook on Blockbuster in Denmark for 99 DKK this is equal as 17 USD I bought mine from there (shop not web site).
Unfortunately is not listed on the web site but trust me it's there!

I think most of the leftovers are returns and/or opened steels. I did a gb on these a while ago and around half the steels they sent me were either dinged or opened. I returned all of those and had to call to make sure they sent me sealed copies next time.
