I wouldn't worry to much about it, they are notoriously slow at posting in stock items - I ordered Arrietty last Sunday (In stock) and they didn't post it until Wednesday. Maybe we're just spoilt by HMV dispatching within like 30 minutes of ordering

Having said that I've never pre-ordered from them (which I'm guessing you did here) so not sure if they normally dispatch early or not

Yes, and I can't recall ever receiving an item any later than release day from them. In fact I've received games as much as 2 days early before.
