No they won't. Average number of copies per store will be somewhere between 12 for the small stores and 20 for the big ones. I need to pick up 114 copies... do the math

no, as biscuit said the average per store mathematically is 13 copies, however it doesn't work that way.

My store only got 8 copies, and several stores only got 5 copies. A few got 20-30 copies but most are between 10-15

Also, 2,000 copies is a small number. I thought they would issue at least 4,000 copies.

That's fine, I'm going with my new buddy and he's just like me, there's nothing he likes more than going to Future Shop to shop and scour for stuff he doesn't have

The only sucky part is the fact that I only have sent enough cash for me to pick up the needed copies, which means that if I ever end up finding some rare steel/slip, I won't be able to pick it up

Future Shop is primarily a B&M (brick & mortar) retailer first and foremost, so that's why individual stores stock is not used to increase website stock

Because this is a shared steelbook worldwide with different slips to differentiate country, the print run was likely split between FS and other companies, meaning that each country will not be required to have the minimum 4,000 copies

Sooo......there is a splitting of number of issue between countries and that may explain why Ghost Protocol (UK) became OOS quite quickly too. Which may also mean that Avengers may go OOS in a single country suddenly too.

Would it help to hit the stores before release day to preorder and have them put on hold for you? That way you will know how many you can secure before hand. But with gas at the price it is now, you will need to have a "surcharge" to make it worth your time and effort. Good luck my friend and stay safe.

The problem is you can't pre-order movies, the system won't let you. That's what screwed me up, otherwise I would have received all the needed copies in the store close to my place.
