No not like the art. Weird. Hand of the Clint and head of the horse is cropped off. Picture overall, one with hat in hand, like it means something ... ? IMO that is pretty forgiving looking Clint to me. 
The young ones from infant school had their artwork approved then I see.
Who looks at this screenshot and says, "You know what, let's crop this beyond recognition, photoshop in a totally different sky, throw a yellow filter over the whole thing, and put it on a steelbook"? 
Dang Zavi, this movie a classic, but this front art is UNFORGIVABLE.

as well all know, this is only the latest one of these 'that'll do' steelbooks, but how can anyone - not even a professional designer - take that original image and come up with this cover art?
as often happens on design approval, my guess is that this was the designer's 5th option to round out the portfolio of the options presented to the studio, and the idiots in charge ignored all the great images and said, 'yes, this one,' to the bemusement of all.we deserve better. but then...
You only have to look at Clint's scowling face to see what he thinks of the artwork . . . unfortunately what the horse thinks of the artwork has been cropped ...
