I'm a huge 87 North Fan and I found myself super disappointed with this. Like it wasn't bad or anything. It was just ok.
Production company who did JW2-4, Nobody, Bullet Train, this.WTF is 87 North?
They did all the John Wicks. They just changed names. And the wiki isnt well kept. 87 eleven now 87 North. Also did Atomic Blonde, Kate, The Day Shift, Nobody, John Wicks, Bullet Train and honestly are one of my favourite production companies.
I said pretty much all of those lol except atomic blonde. Though I don't think anyone is surprised that (or kate and nobody) we in the same hands as JW.
What's that got to do with anything? Your not going to like EVERY movie a production company releases......
Odd comment. He said he's a big fan, those are the reasons why he's a fan, and they're all basically the same film. They obviously have brand they rarely deviate from, so of course he can be disappointed with a film he expected to be up to par.
Why not? Up until Violent Night I ******* loved every single one. They do a very specific kind of movie really well and Violent Night just felt like a let down.

A little lol i get you on some production companies, with a wide variety of material. This one seems to have a specific brand though, which is why I named those films. So it's relatively safe to assume you'll like something, if you've liked everything prior.
I guess it'd be much like if someone was to say they've liked all Guillermo del Toro films up to 2015, but the shape of the water wasn't what they were expecting. (I like it, but a fair example)
Well that's the comment I thought was odd.....Maybe he meant the commenter was odd??
