There've been problems with Scanavo China and Scanavo Denmark (to a lesser extent) for a long time. From finishes, production dents, spine slashes, delays, etc. It's not unusual to take many months for a Blufans release to ship. Their releases are not for the impatient or OCD.

The Futurepak releases I have are nice. Haven't got a bad one yet.
