OMG! Forget about the pix! Once in hand it is one of the nicest steels this year! Awesome! I just got this yesterday n can't take my eyes off!
If anyone wants a bargin marketplace seller "Lightningdiscs" on Play.com are selling this for £5.99 with the description "Slightly Damaged". I thought id chance it for £5.99 and wow, basically mint condition. Only the most smallest baby scratche on the side you have ever seen. Dont no if all are the same, but worth a gamble imo.
yeah they are pretty good, i bought prometheus from them as slighly damaged for 19.99, just had a small ding at the bottom left hand corner.
i can live with that rather than paying stupid money for it on e-bay.
I heard Tom Cruise was gutted about this Steelbook release... his face is relegated to the back cover

Cracking steel this. And the film wasn't as horrendous as I'd been led to believe. Dakota Fanning aside ofcourse. Screechy little mess.
US collectors interested in getting a "cheap" but nice steelbook should take a look at this one especially if they like this movie. Right now on Amazon.com there are two UK sellers posting very attractive prices with shipping (under USD$17 shipped).

movie wasn't all that great, but one of the better looking steelbooks as far as finish, colors and embossing!
Again another favorite of mine and one that suprised me when I 1st received it and it was embossed . The back art ain't that great, maybe some tripod art work would have made this even better.

Walmart metalpack is not embossed, does not have the border, is not glossy, and is not a steelbook.
I think this Play.com version is leagues better than the new cheapster knockoff offering from Walmart.
All the same is true for the new Transformers metalpacks as well. They are not nearly as good as their steelbook counterparts.
Just ordered mine thru zoverstocks on Play.com, used up my superpoints (0.41p) and paid £7.86 cant go wrong. Loved the film and looking at these last lot pics it was a no brainer
I will NEVER use overstocks ever again. I purchased 2 Steelbooks from them. Was charged, but they never shipped them, never replied to my emails. Eventually had to get Play involved to get my money back. Total nightmare.
Here's mine! Very underrated steelbook in my opinion. Embossed border and title, plays in my US blu-ray player so I assume region free.
