Highly doubt it's on disc. I believe they included codes for other games they released so more than likely will come in the form of a DLC code. Considering the Season Pass is still sold separately on PSN, they probably chose to provide it through a code as well so the disc won't make rounds and give anyone access to season pass.

It's a decent steelbook, so might get it anyway. Makes me wonder if they will follow-up with a steelbook edition for Banishers as well since they now covered both Space Marine 2 and A Plague Tale with surprise releases.
