Are these the same steels as the US or are they just the same titles?
I would expect them to be the same but on amazon.ca they are listed as bilingual, and with Canada's past record, they could have a bilingual spine too, which would therefore make them different to the USA versions...?

Adding a few new titles is promising. Hopefully we'll see a lot more in the future

I will definitely be getting True Grit (1969) and probably a few others but how many will depend upon whether or not these have inside art.

Yeah, there are a few titles on here that I'd be interested in but until I see what the artwork looks like I'll be reserving judgement.

Looking around and seen that there is a new wave of Canadian steelbooks going to be released May 14th. So if you missed The Town, Watchmen, or Book of Eli they seem to be all getting rereleased, plus a few more interesting ones.
-Clash of the Titans

You can go on amazon.ca and pre-order, there is no artwork up at the moment.

I preordered Batman Returns and Chinatown. Both say Biligual, but hopefully they'll be the same as the US versions. I preordered for C$15.99 each and they've now jumped up to C$22.99, so could be a bargain!

I remember best buy in the states re-released a bunch of these last year and all came without artwork inside. LOTR, Batman Begins and Dark Knight, Eli, etc.

Still, I'd probably snag a couple of the prices were right ($14.99 or less)

The ones that haven't been announced yet for Canada are available through amazon.ca for $3 more than the announced ones. They aren't listed as steelbook they are listed as blu ray import. $25.XX

They have a release date of May 7th.

Just opened 'V for Vendetta' I ordered on Amazon.ca
No inside artwork, so this must be the new batch despite it being listed as on the original with interior artwork.
This is a disappointing steelbook day for me.
