Got my standard copy today from Zavvi. Not sure if it's standard for WB now but it's one of the slim amaray cases (with slip) like those across the pond.
Managed to avoid all spoilers (which is bloody difficult as i follow a lot of horror pages on social media who havent stopped talking about it!) But really looking forward to watching this at last

Watched this last night and absolutely loved it! Ending was batsh*t crazy

Hard. Use the chat option during business hours and use google to translate messages to/from french is your best bet.
The chat option does not seem to be available even during business hours for some reason. The facebook messanger seems to kind of work, I did send them some info but they have not gotten back to me. You are right it is hard.
