That's honestly horrible... I pre-ordered Spiderman No Way Home from them and worry I'd get defects again... Is there anywhere we can voice out about this so that Weet Collection can improve their customer service? This is unacceptable because on their website, they said we can request for refunds as well. Seems to me they have dishonest business practices...

it seems you have to be lucky to get a replacement / refund
