I'm going to ECCC and going to get Michael Biehn to sign my Terminator and/or Aliens steelbook. I'm just wondering what brand and what type of pen should I get him to sign with to make it look nice on my SB. Please let me know. Thanks!

I think it's dependant on what colour your steelbook is as to what colour to use for a start.
As for what pen, a thick Sharpie marker pen would be good enough.
But don't hold me to it that this is THE pen to use lol

Medium point sharpie and pick a color that is contrasting to the background color of the steel although silver on white/grey looks good too. Good luck!
