Got my 2 copies today, my copy that I have open has the spine stick slightly pulled back at the top nothing major, anybody else had this.

Prob will just take a bit of warm water to sort.

amazing steelbook...Zavvii packaging was just like the old play.com boxes- was awesome because I think they're slightly smaller than the play ones so actually fit in my letterbox :) plus the glossy embossed finish is amazing AND card back sheet that isn't stuck onto the steelbook with any annoying glue! Most amazing steelbook receipt ever!:oohyeah::LOL::scat:

Collected mine today but not impressed with the packaging. Looks like it has been designed to fit Large Letter and use it for returns. This is sandwiched between HMV and Play/Amazon. Overall this is definitely an improvement. I think this packaging might come in handy for us in the UK when the new postal rates comes into effect in April.

What's happening in April?

Well, to say mine was one of the first to be dispatched on here, there's no sign of it arriving yet. :(

It's probably to do with the fact that I've been expressing how I'm not too impressed with how it looks... damn karma! :p

My copy arrived today, looks nicer in hand but I still think the front cover art could be better but overall its a very nice steelbook, vibrant colours and nice embossing.

Packaging wise, a big improvement, post box friendly (always an advantage) kinda like the thinner little brother to Play.com's box/foam packaging. It does the job and much appreciated, especially if Zavvi are going to continue with steelbook exclusives

I have inspected many of these today at work. Most have the faintest of spine slashes which really are barely noticeable. Check the m of zemeckis and I bet most people will notice it is there. You need almost perfect vision to notice it.

Yup received today, very nice indeed. Only one slash amongst my copies, ugly yes but Steel is still worth it so not going back.

As for packaging, nice and thin (letter-box friendly) but foam is a little on the thin side as is the cardboard. Overall 4 out 5 but huge improvement.

Slash on mine was through the "K" and stretched from cover to cover, so the slash was visible in both front and back cover. Personally thought mine was more than "barely noticeable".

In that case I never see any that bad.

Actually after taking the shrink wrap off, the slash is much worse than "very minor", like Surfury the slash on mine is from cover to cover and very noticeable.

Very impressed with the rest of the steelbook though.

Can you tell me if its across the letter k like surfery please?
I am interested as I have seen over 80 today with nothing serious except what I stated through the m.
