Can't say I've ever had problems with Zavvi before. Then again, I've only ordered their exclusive Resident Evil Revelations set in recent years, so yeah. ^^;

I wouldnt expect much more from Disney UK if they're handling it. They've been screwing us over in the extras and releases department lately (Missing bonus features and discs, barebone releases like Peter Pan which got better treatment in the US A.K.A the Diamond Edition treatment, and who can forget the Avengers Assemble Steel?).
