I've reluctantly placed an order. It remains to be seen whether they will improve their service as indicated on twitter, but i'm hopeful that they can. I had similar feelings about Play.com when they started announcing exclusives and look how well they turned out

Ninja members should do the same and if they get enough messages maybe they'll listen and ship SteelBooks in proper packaging.

I asked about packaging and they responded. They told me from now on, steelbooks will be sent out in small plastic carrier bags. Which are covered in some kind of lubricant making it 4 times as easy to drop.

good ol' zavvi they are the only folks to help collectors of damaged goods. getting worried i might receive a mint copy. you guys are just selfish wanting everything in perfect condition

First time dealing with them and already I see a discrepancy. In my order status it states 'Estimated dispatch date: 21/01/2013'!! WTF?

All those steels you mentioned oos in the uk at hmv. So the print run was not that large.

At least it would be delivered early in the morning and not whenever the postman can be bothered which is how it is at the moment with Royal Mail
