I must say I haven't had a problem with them, the French version seems pretty efficient at getting stuff to me here in Spain, and as a "socio" of the Spanish one I get 5% discount and delivery to my nearest post office for 1 euro, plus other offers. I have sent things back to Fnac in France as well.
