I wouldn't imagine its in English as the front says Anniversaire. I'm not sure about the Italian book.

The book is in french, but only 8 lines of text inside and titles. I can make several pics of the booklet .

It would seem that it is the same contents as the French digibook

In France, it is the 25th anniversary for the film, and i confirm that the booklet is in all steelbooks.
The booklet is inside the steelbook
