I am sure even worse movies were released in 1993, but I have checked my IMDb, WhatiWatch and Excel ratings and this movie had the lowest rating (7 out of 10) for the year 1993. So it isn't even bad, but it has the lowest rating from all the 1993 movies I have seen .
