4K steel are down to Studios more than retailers. Spidey is Sony, Apes and Covenant are Fox. Warner and Disney have yet to really get behind 4K steels, although this is changing especially in the US.

i really hope that this doesn't get the us/can art if so i'll be cancelling. i hate pop art

that art below

My fingers are crossed that this isn't the artwork.. it looks like a cheap cartoon.. it's bad enough that they've made a live action film look like you're buying a cartoon but not even a good one.. look at those feet:rofl: what we're they thinking lol.. I would probably cancel my order too if this is the art.. I don't really wanna pay manta lab prices though as this is a blind buy.. guess I'll wait and see what happens:happy:

First Spider-Man Homecoming (I'm hoping HMV doesn't use that European art also) and now this.

What's with all these cartoon drawings being used? I know the films are based on comics, but that's no excuse. I hated it when they used the comic art for Zavvis Sin City steelbook also. It didn't appear in the film that you're buying!!!!

Also, for this, it looks like they photoshppped Gal Gadots real head over the comicbook character! Horrendous!

As has already been said in the Canada thread there is soooo much good artwork out there for this movie and they end up with THAT (n)

I can kind of understand that they don't just want to go with the same as the amaray as to make it special, which most of us would want, but that is just wrong :(

Good job I already have something to cover it up with :hilarious:

Ugh I hope that's not the art too, if it is it will be an instant cancellation from me (and I'm guessing many others too).

Yet another case of the people making decisions not understanding their target audience at all.
"Wonder Woman is a comic book character, so despite spending millions on taking her away from comic book silliness and giving her a slick identity...the fans will want her as a comic book! Do it"

#facepalm

Artwork hopefully exclusive to the Best Buy 4K steelbook as not a fan and if this is the International artwork I'll be disappointed.

Anyway, whatever artwork is decided on we'll know for sure on October 9, 2017 when it comes out here in the U.K. (or earlier if it comes out elsewhere in Europe/Asia before that date).

Sin city does have that in the opening Credits. Maybe not those exact images but it opens with the graphic novel pics and actor names

If the artwork was swapped id be happier.
Front and back on the inside and inside art on the front and back. Even with the "W" on the back.

I don't mind the cartoon art but there's something off about it. Like she's swinging.
Gals possibly the most beautiful woman in the world..... Use her real face

Lol, exactly that #facepalm. Now I can't unsee it lol

I'm surprised this hasn't been called pop art yet though. That's when I really face palm at members

Edit: nope, scrap that - basil used the term pop art lol
Haha was about to say Basil already referred to it as "pop art".:p

You'd think Andy Warhol would of designed all the steels the way people chuck pop art around. Or Mr. brainwash for that matter

Pop art and pop culture are different things but both can fall into each category at times depending on the style of art or themes used

Illustrated art does not always mean pop art people lol
