So converting to Canadian dollars HMV is $37.90 and doesn't ship to Canada.
Amazon Germany is $50.36 - almost $12.00 more. And then shipping on top of that.

I currently have an order in at Amazon. We'll see how it goes.

Personally, full gloss, spot gloss, no gloss, emboss, deboss, The Boss, clean matte, dirty matte, welcome mat, half caf-decaf with a twist of lemon....it's all the same to me.

I'm not an art major (or minor) and somehow I don't think anybody will be cutting off an ear anytime soon trying to come up with a steelbook design that will please everybody.

I mean how many editions would be needed these days to satisfy everybody?

Some want the 3D/2D, others want the 4K/2D and still others want the 4K/3D/2D.
And then like I said with all the bossing and glossing and matte and lenticulars...how many combinations would that total if they made each one? Somebody can probably run the numbers.

But I guess for some, if it isn't always glossed and bossed then it's lost and tossed.

Enjoy the weekend.

I'll be keeping an eye on the digibook releases for this in the hope of getting better artwork and cancelling my order for this disappointment...

You're gonna be disappointed. The digibook is the worst of all the artwork on SteelBooks or Amarays.

Didn't think it would be possible to make an ugly Wonder Woman, but they figured a way how.

Nice! Thanks

Yea, this is the only one that caught my eye. My only wish is that they should've had the logo below her feet (whatever shes standing on...)
Yes, the base is quite unspectacular. Looks like it is kind of a cobbled street and could be part of a future diorama. Anyway, i don't look that much on her feet, so it is not a big issue for me. :D

is it just me being impatient, or is that release dat a lot longer than we have to wait for steenbok after cinema release?
Yes, it's a bit longer than we're used to... home release is usually roughly 4 months after first hitting cinemas, wheres this is 5 months. My wallet doesn't mind the extra wait though. :hungry:

EDIT - I was wrong... see post #240 for correct info.
