The only debossed treatment ahould be the title only. I prefer the non-HMV which has a zero finish as I can easily gloss it.

Just had a payment decline for this ..... what are they doing at HMV attempting taking payment 2 weeks in advance ?
I rang them to ask if I would get my steelbook 10 days before release , errrrrr no ..... the reason we are taking payments is the amount of pre orders for WW steelbook is their biggest pre order yet and they would struggle to get them all out in time for release !
I told them jog on and cancelled in favour of the superior premium editions coming lol
I smell a rat here , wonder if they are struggling again and need cash in early to pay for stock ?

I hate when retailers do this...Zavvi did the same a few months ago. Requesting payment JUST BEFORE payday is not a wise move.
Just wondering whether HMV can't balance their stock to go in-store as online were so good?

Well they lost my sale with this move fella , kinda did me a favour really as HDzeta is looking sweet.
Been charged. Contacted them as this is unacceptable, Cancelling order and sticking with HDzeta
Who do you contact please? Is a cancellation still possible once payment is taken or do we have to wait to receive the item, then return?

No idea if its possible to cancel now, but since their terms page say items that are already packaged can't be cancelled "which this isn't yet" we'll see
If they have taken payment but won't be dispatched for possibly over a week then you should have every right to cancel
I think their contact is through Hmv website. At the bottom
HMV take a few days to respond so go hard on them in the first email. Otherwise they will most likely come back saying are you sure or some rubbish causing a longer delay in emails

I'll send them an email and hope they'll refund it. Best to save funds for the likes of HDZ and/or Manta WEA

Yeah I'm waiting on those two. Cancelled this ages ago, although all the countries artworks are decent for the film I'm sick of the matte finish WB have on pretty much every steel. All the finishes I've seen for the various WW steels are just crap
I so nearly cancelled this the other day but put it off as I stupidly thought I had sufficient time to cancel. Obviously not as the case may be
On the flip side, I just yesterday cancelled POTC: Salazar's Revenge with zavvi and folks are now saying they've been charged and dispatched today! 
So at least I was fortunate there 
I really like this art too. It's just gona be the finish that lets it down, IMO. Hence why I hope to cancel and favour a premium WEA glossy release.
