They Haven’t earned that title at all. Started cult and then seen what they can make money from by releasing the same money grabbing titles over and over.

fury road isn’t technically cult. It was very well received critically, publicly and financially. Like the opposite of cult (same as Wonder Woman). And it needs to be a few more years older (at least another 10/15) for it to become the other side of “cult”

You would think that someone who has cult in their name would know what it means.

I’ll reserve judgment until I see the full artwork, but... yeah. This hardly qualifies as a cult film, as it’s a successful ongoing franchise, and there are so many great films out there that have yet to get any sort of steelbook treatment.
