Opened my steelbook today and it has a fair few scratches on the back of it. The front is perfect though.

My last tracking update was 9 days ago, which said my copy was processed through a facility in Beijing. After that, zilch. If they're sending all group buy steelbooks via EMS wouldn't that mean I should've had my copy by now? (I'm on the East Coast in the US). Unless, of course, EMS these days is just in-name-only and it's more like standard shipping

Typically yes. But given the volume of packages received for the holidays, it could be sitting in a queue somewhere waiting to be scanned
