I'm not putting the artwork down, just a shame they didn't use an official promo artwork image instead of a still from the movie which has oddly been photoshopped. I think half orange/half street looks strange, they should've went with one in my opinion as I dont think its used elsewhere on their packages

I agree. From the very beginning I was put off by the cover because it's basically a pose and not from an actual action sequence. If you really wanted to stay true to form with Comics, if you pay attention to look at comic book covers, they're always from an actual action sequence.

Having said that, I've Got a Feeling Manta Labs quality control regarding the actual steelbook is going to dominate HDzeta and because of that it will completely negate HDzeta's advantage on the cover. I hope that's not the case because I really prefer HDZETA's cover a lot more. We will see...

See, the inconsistency between the images on the front and back for the full slip and the double lenti is why I loved the single lenticular design the best of the three. The background on each side just flow into each other. I'm sure the full slip's finishes will be excellent and I know Manta's double lenti will rock but consistency is important for me.

Looking forward to the live pics in any case, hopefully by Manta before the release date!

Completely agree. This is easily the best suited artwork for the film but they botched it big time. :(

Shame this didn't get a higher print run, would have been all over the double lenti

Did you get HDzeta´s double lenti? In that case I would maybe switch it with you, but it will depends on how both will look in hand and how I like them.

Isn't the artwork on the steelbook the same as the cover art for the DVD?

Dude, who follows what is happening in DVD world? :hilarious:
