Speaking at the TCA Winter Tour, Fox CEO Dana Walden offered a quick update on their X-Men spinoff Hellfire Club TV series. In short, don't expect it in the fall.
“Unlikely it would be the fall,” Walden told SlashFilm. “Potentially midseason but no immediate plans. We’re still working on Hellfire Club. Obviously those executive producers are very busy with the film franchise and the FX show, so not sure.”
It's interesting that he refers to it as "Hellfire Club" and not just "Hellfire" as it was in the initial announcement (which you can read below). Maybe there's been a tweak to the title, or maybe this is all just for clarity.
