I first used zavvi back in 2009, my first movie purchase was 'American Gangster' DVD steelbook back in December 2009 ...My next order was the Twin Peaks gold box......in April 2011 
...Then my next order was a year later, March 2012 and my first Bluray from zavvi, the Tin Tin cartoon boxset....Then they started selling Bluray steelbooks, exactly 1 year after my last order I bought Roger Rabbit and its been downhill from there LOL...
...My zavvi order history pre Roger Rabbit was 6 items in 3 years, since Roger Rabbit its been 16 items in 11 months

Should be getting my order in soon, or at least the first half of it. Glad to see that many have had good experiences with them.

Still one of my favorite SteelBooks right there. I love the packaging and design of it.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit but I stupidly bought it from an Ebay seller because I did not know Zavvi shipped abroad.
It looks like the Looper steelbook with the comic book art was the first steelbook I bought directly from them.

First Zavvi was Goonies, was super chuffed
I have quite a few preordered as well. Almost wish that they didn't ship abroad, it's made buying foreign Steels that much easier for me.

Received my copy of Wreck it Ralph this week, thankfully in perfect condition. I always worry with my post office, boxes always show up at my door as if theyd been used to stand on.

My first steelbooks purchase was this summer with Black Swan / Commando / I, Robot. Shortly after I made an order and I lost two steelbooks
Since then I have made several orders without any problem.

Since then I have made several orders without any problem.
So far I'm two orders in, and zero problems! Fingers crossed it'll remain that way. Still have about five more preorders to go.

My first order consisted of Man On Fire, Con Air & Scott Pilgrim.
The latter of which I had to return as it was damaged.
