received my drive FS slipcover from ebay wasn't exactly as described, the spine was dented and bashed at the top and has scratches on the front and also parts of scorpion was kind of worn away plus a few dents on the back, shame but I knew not to get my hopes up and I'm getting a refund anyway, the seller didn't even apologise as he said it was in perfect condition so is either a complete liar or didn't even look properly I'm guessing just a liar and he said I'm glad you are returning it anyway because I gave it away too cheaply, so he will now try to sell it for much more than what I paid on auction for it and no doubt someone else will be disappointed with it, what a prick he didn't even seem like he cared, but to be fair this wasn't falling apart or anything maybe others wouldn't have minded as much but I was told it was in perfect condition and I was only after a mint conditioned one.

Well does the price match the condition? Cuz if you paid like $20 then you got what you paid for IMO. But yeah if you paid a high quality price and got that I'd get a refund.

I paid £31.99 for it and I know that's a great price but I got told it was in perfect condition and that's what I expected, regardless of the price If I'm told that something is in perfect condition then I expect it to be that way or close to it, its principle at the end of the day, the guy lied and I only wanted a mint copy otherwise I wouldn't have put in a bid at all, I wouldn't of minded so much if the back had a few scratches but just wanted the front to be mint and the spine.

Yes unfortunatly as collectors our version of mint doesn't always match other people's. I have had things described as perfect that are nowhere near it.:(

Everyone has a different opinion of what MINT and perfect are. The geezer may well have deemed it perfect (in his eyes), but that doesn't mean it would be suitable to you or I.

A shame really as these are getting scarce now. I paid £60 for mine and I'm glad to have a copy in excellent condition.

EDIT: Snap with Sygill.

yeah its tough being a collector lol, I just wish more people would be more careful/honest in describing stuff, I understand with a steel which is sealed can be difficult but a slipcover should be pretty easy to describe in whatever condition it is in;)
