ricster, your pics are incredible. How did they get that effect on American Hustle? It almost looks like a lenticular effect without a lenticular piece.
I think he's using a bright lamp that's really close and angled to the slip with no flash. Check the shadow on the slip.
And of course a hi-res camera.

Hi, Fred. That OZ was an exclusive to JB HiFi in Australia. I just looked at their site and it's now gone, so it must be sold out and OOP.
