Hey, I'm sorry; I originally missed this question.
Pretty much everything is different between the US and Japan Alien slipcovers. The US series are embossed while the Japanese ones feature different artwork and a sandpaper-matte/spot-gloss finish. In my opinion, though, both countries have AMAZING Alien slipcovers.
